Husband Cohabitating

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new place to live.

Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.

We had been able to offer our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
